CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 1341 - This act revises the purposes for which the monies in the County Sheriff's Revolving fund, created in the concealed weapons statute, can be spent. The act extends the purposes to include all reasonable expenses related to accepting and processing the applications for concealed weapons permits.
