CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 811 - Currently a health carrier shall not revoke or modify a prior authorization within 45 working days after the date the health care provider receives the prior authorization. This act specifies that prior authorizations for drugs prescribed for management of a chronic condition shall not be revoked or modified within 13 months.
