CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 744 - Under this act, ivermectin tablets and hydroxychloroquine tablets shall be available through over-the-counter purchases in Missouri without a prescription or consultation with a health care provider.
This act is substantially similar to HB 2581 (2024).
