CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 390 - Currently, there are two circuit judges in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. This act adds a third judge to the circuit. The judge for this position shall be elected in 2018, and the position shall not be considered vacant or filled until January 1, 2019.
