SB 166 - When using any promotional device or program to advertise or sell any time-share period, plan, or property, the required information, and the notice thereof, must be provided to the prospective purchaser in writing or electronically at least once within a reasonable time period before a scheduled sales presentation to ensure the purchaser receives the information prior to attending such presentation.
