CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 319 - This act provides that, upon an affirmative vote on a ballot proposal to establish a sales tax to fund the provision of emergency services in the City of St. Louis, administration of the funds and oversight of emergency services shall be determined by the governing body of the City of St. Louis rather than by a county emergency services board.
