CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 429 - This act changes the definition of a sexually oriented business to include any nightclub or bar that provides drag performances as provided in the act.
This act is identical to provisions in HCS/HB 494 (2023) and HB 498 (2023) and substantially similar to provisions in SB 693 (2023).
