SJR 10 - If approved by the voters, this constitutional amendment would change the composition of the General Assembly from 163 representatives and 34 senators to 120 representatives and 40 senators. Furthermore, it would increase term limits from 8 years to 16 years total in any one house of the General Assembly, and 32 years total in both houses of the General Assembly.
