CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 1457 - This act prohibits any public institution of higher education chartered outside of Missouri from operating an educational facility in this state. The Attorney General shall have the authority to seek injunctive relief to close an educational facility operating in violation of the provisions of this act.
