CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 1205 - This act authorizes minimum amounts of compensation for certain corrections personnel. The amount of compensation, which is subject to appropriations, is based upon rank and length of service.
This act will become effective July 1, 2005.
This act is identical to HB 1271 (2004).
