SCR 15 - This resolution establishes a temporary Medicaid Reform Commission to study and review recommendations for reforms of the state Medicaid system. The commission will commence after the end of the First Regular Session of the 93rd General Assembly and terminate operations on August 28, 2005. The commission will forward its findings to the Medicaid Reform Commission established by SS/SB 539 which will continue the temporary commission's purpose beginning August 28, 2005. ADRIANE CROUSE
