CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SJR 8 - If approved by the voters, this constitutional amendment provides that the people of Missouri shall be allowed to practice hand-fishing, also known as "noodling," in the waters of the state.
This resolution is similar to HJR 20 (2009).
