CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 375 - This act provides that any employee who performs food delivery services and incurs delivery expenses in the course of performing such services shall be reimbursed by his or her employer for such expenses to the extent that those expenses reduce the employee's overall wages in a given pay period below the minimum wage.
