CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 342 - Currently, a hospice seeking annual renewal of its certification shall be inspected by the Department of Health and Senior Services. Under this act, such inspections shall instead be performed to the extent required and in accordance with the schedule set forth under federal law.
