SB 723 - This act modifies provisions relating to unused tax credits. OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATION REPORTS This act requires the Office of Administration to submit an annual report to the General Assembly detailing each tax credit program for which no tax credit has been authorized or redeemed during the five year period ending on June thirtieth of such year. (Section 33.282) HEALTH INSURANCE POOL TAX CREDIT A credit against premium taxes due for assessments made against health insurers expired in 2014. This act repeals such credit.
