CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 116 - Under this act, for any school district located in more than one county, and whose headquarters are located within Owensville, the county signified in the school district number shall be the county in the district with the highest dollar value modifier.
This act is identical to SB 660 (2020), SB 249 (2017), and HB 624 (2017), and is substantially similar to SB 867 (2018).
