CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SCS/SB 1174 - This act modifies the membership of the Missouri Housing Development Commission by removing the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, the State Treasurer, and the Attorney General from its membership. After their removal, the Commission would be only comprised of six members selected by the Governor.
