CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 1436 - This act exempts from the earnings tax all income received by citizens who are low-income taxpayers, who are defined as any individual with an income at or below $30,500.
This act is substantially similar to HCS/HBs 2464 & 2460 (2024) and HB 2825 (2024).
