CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 703 - Current law contains various classes of employees who are exempt from the earned paid sick time law. This act adds to that list individuals who are employees of an employer engaged in the operation of a vessel that is documented by the United States under federal law.
This act is identical to HB 1414 (2025).
