CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 609 - This act exempts Social Security benefits from income taxation for individual taxpayers with federal adjusted gross income equal to or less than seventy thousand dollars and taxpayers filing combined returns with combined federal adjusted gross income equal to or less than one hundred thousand dollars.
