CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
HCS/SCS/SB 1091 - This act clarifies that the annual appropriation for maintenance and repair of facilities for community colleges is exclusive of any capital appropriation, and the current cap on these appropriations of 10% is also exclusive of the capital appropriation.
