CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 502 - Currently, a youth athlete who is suspected of sustaining a concussion or brain injury in a practice or game must be removed from competition at that time. This act requires that an objective test or measure be used to determine whether a youth athlete is suspected of sustaining a concussion or brain injury.
