CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 495 - This act provides the candidates for the office of public administrator must provide to the election authority a copy of a signed affidavit from two or more securities indicating that the candidate meets the bonding requirements.
The act is identical to provisions contained in HCS/SCS/SB 245 (2015).
