CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 166 - This act provides that no city or county shall dictate or interfere with the curriculum, concepts, topics, or practices taught by any public, private, or home school within the boundaries of the city or county. Further, no city or county shall dictate or interfere with the employment decisions or policies of such schools.
