CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 685 - This act repeals a requirement that home health plans of treatment that are reviewed and signed by a physician, podiatrist, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, or physician assistant be reviewed by a physician at least once every six months.
