CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 684 - This act creates the "Entrepreneur Rights Act." The act exempts both "seasonal businesses" and "small businesses", as such terms are defined in the act, from any paid sick leave requirements as well as any increases in the minimum wage rate on or after January 1, 2025.
This act is substantially similar to HB 546 (2025).
