CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 159 - Beginning with an administrative hearing commissioner appointed by the Governor after August 28, 2019, this act provides that, once the terms of the existing commissioners expire, no more than one commissioner shall be a resident of the same county or city not within a county.
