CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 668 - Currently, the state of Missouri cedes concurrent jurisdiction to the federal government within the area comprising the "Ozark National Scenic Riverways" for as long as the area is administered and maintained by the federal government. This act repeals this provision.
This act is identical to HB 2260 (2024).
