CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 308 - This act enacts "The Missouri Advanced Stage Cancer Cost Burden Cap". The act provides that no health benefit plan shall impose cost-sharing for treatment of advanced stage cancer, as defined in the act, other than the deductible otherwise applicable under the plan.
This act is identical to SB 1102 (2024).
