SCR 27 - This Senate concurrent resolution encourages the Supreme Court of Missouri to work with the presiding judges of the state judicial circuits, the Office of State Courts Administrator, and the Circuit Court Budget Committee in order to efficiently allocate resources among the judicial circuits. The resolution also encourages the Court to continue to track judges' caseloads, and to examine and alter its Rules if necessary to implement and expand the program that authorizes transfers of judges to circuits in need.
