CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 1393 - This act changes the deadline for a school district to submit a proposal to operate a recovery high school from December 1st of the school year preceding the beginning of operation of the recovery high school to July 1st.
This act is identical to a provision in SS#2/SCS/SB 727 (2024).
