CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 1275 - Under this act, ivermectin tablets and hydroxychloroquine tablets shall be available through over-the-counter purchases in Missouri without a prescription or consultation with a health care provider.
This act is identical to SB 1086 (2026) and SB 744 (2025), substantially similar to SB 1489 (2026) and HB 2581 (2024), and similar to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS/SCS/HCS/HB 2372 (2026), HCS/SS/SCS/SB 878 (2026), and HCS/HB 3009 (2026).
