SB 234 - This act modifies provisions relating to juvenile courts and officers. Under current law, a court hearing must be held within three days in certain cases where the juvenile court intervenes. This act provides an exception to the mandatory court hearing requirement in cases where the child has not been removed from a parent or guardian.
