CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 1044 - This act states that the Public Service Commission shall permit gas corporations to implement PSC-approved demand-side programs.
This act is substantially similar to HB 2577 (2020) and similar to provisions contained in HCS/HB 2050 (2020).
