SB 1035 - This act states that electric energy may be provided and obtained on a wholesale basis at any electric generating facility over a transformation interconnect or a transmission interconnect, as such terms are defined in the act, under the applicable federal tariffs of a regional transmission organization instead of under retail service tariffs filed with the Public Service Commission by an electric utility.
