SB 993 - This act authorizes the Governor to convey state property located at the Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau to the City of Cape Girardeau. It also authorizes the Governor to convey a permanent easement and temporary construction easement on state property to the City of Cape Girardeau. This act also authorizes the Governor to convey state property located at the Missouri Lottery Headquarters in Jefferson City to certain private property owners in order to vacate an easement. This act contains an emergency clause. This act is similar to certain provisions of SCS/HB 2285 as amended and SS/SCS/HB 2317 (2010). SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
