HCS/SCS/SB 942 - The governing body of a municipality may annex a parcel of land within a research, development, or office park, as defined in Section 172.273 that is compact and contiguous to the existing municipal boundaries if the municipality receives the written consent of all the property owners within the area. The city of Byrnes Mill shall not annex any territory adjacent to the city if the adjacent territory proposed for annexation does not contain any registered voters unless the city has obtained the written consent of all the property owners within such territory.
