SB 953 - This act permits the use of funds in the water and wastewater pollution loan fund, the water pollution permit fee, the water and wastewater loan revolving fund, or any fund established by the office of administration for the sole purpose of paying any portion of a Hancock refund in the EPA finds that the payment of such a refund would violate a federal clean water regulation. Further, the act does not permit any money deposited in the state park earning fund, Arrow Rock state historical site endowment fund, the confederate memorial park fund, the Dr. Edmond A. Babler Memorial state park fund, the Pansy Johnson-Travis memorial state gardens trust fund, or the Meramec-Onondaga state park fund to be used for any Hancock refunds if the money a gift made to these funds.
