SB 907 - This act requires certain employers to post certain rights of employees with respect to labor organizations with contact information for the National Labor Relations Board. Such employers are required to post the following notices: • Employees in Missouri have the right to refuse to join or affiliate with, or to withdraw from or cease membership in, any labor union or employee organization of any kind; • Employees in Missouri have the right to refuse to pay certain dues, fees, assessments, or other charges to any labor union or employee organization of any kind; and • Employees in Missouri have the right to decertify a union or other bargaining representative upon compliance with the applicable provisions of federal law.
