SB 645 – This act repeals the following boards, commissions and committees: the Joint Committee on Wetlands, the Joint Committee on County Salaries, the Multistate Tax Compact Advisory Committee, the Thomas Hart Benton Homestead Memorial Commission, the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Compact Advisory Committee, the Transportation Development Commission, the Workers Memorial Committee, the Joint Committee on Urban Voluntary School Transfer Programs, and the joint committee to study fee restructuring for hazardous waste generators. The act eliminates legislative members from the Video Instructional Development and Education Opportunity Commission, the board of directors for the "Missouri Access to Higher Education Trust", the Coordinating Council on Special Transportation, and the board of trustees to oversee the Missouri Fire Education Trust Fund. The act provides that the following committees and commissions shall expire on December 31, 2013: the Video Instructional Development and Education Opportunity Commission, and the Coordinating Council on Special Transportation.
