CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 955 - Currently, the Board of Trustees of the Missouri Department of Transportation and Highway Patrol Employees' Retirement System includes three members from the State Highways and Transportation Commission. This act modifies the Board to consist of one member from the State Highways and Transportation Commission. Additionally, a majority of the trustees, instead of six trustees, are needed to constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at a meeting of the board.
This act is similar to HCS/HB 2165 (2020).
