SB 939 - This act provides that the American Law Institute's Restatement of the Law, Liability Insurance shall not be given weight, afforded recognition, considered by judicial notice, or otherwise be granted authoritative reference on the interpretation of this state's laws, rules, or principals of insurance law.
This act is identical to HB 2106 (2020).
