SB 887 - This act requires each public institution of higher education to report the institution's administrative costs as a percent of its operating budget. Each institution must also include its figures for administrative computing support, executive management, fiscal operations, general administration and logistical services, and public relations and development, as described in the act. The information must be submitted annually by October first to the Coordinating Board for Higher Education, the Joint Committee on Education, and as part of its annual budget submission. MICHAEL RUFF
