SCR 66 - This concurrent resolution establishes the University of Missouri System Review Commission. The Commission shall be composed of eight members: four appointed by the Speaker of the House and four appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. The Commission shall review the University of Missouri System (UM), including but not limited to the UM Collected Rules and Regulations, administrative structure, campus structure, auxiliary enterprises structure, degree programs, research activities, and diversity programs. The Commission shall conduct a thorough review of the system and prepare a report detailing any recommended changes. The System shall adopt and implement these changes and the adoption and implementation of such recommendations, or lack thereof, shall be considered by the General Assembly during the appropriations process.
