SB 606 - Currently, no political subdivision shall be granted a permit, license, or any grant of authority to own, operate, or control any land outside its boundaries subject to solid waste disposal regulation without meeting the zoning requirements of the political subdivision in which the land is located on the date of application. This act modifies this provision by stating that the requirements shall be measured based on the date of application for a preliminary site investigation of such land.
