CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 839 - Currently, private and public utilities have the power of eminent domain. This act restricts this power in cases where a transmission line originates and terminates in a single state other than Missouri while traversing either McDonald or Barry counties.
This act is identical to HB 1774 (2014). This act is similar to HB 1622 (2014) and HB 2092 (2014).
