CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 883 - Under current law, a levee district shall have 5 supervisors, to be composed of owners of real estate in the levee district. This act states that there shall be 9 supervisors, to be composed of owners of at least 2,000 acres of real estate in the levee district.
