CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 848 - This act prohibits a state agency from instituting any action to collect any administrative penalty or fee, as well as any overpayment or underpayment of any amount due to the state agency, until all administrative remedies have been exhausted.
This act is identical to SB 389 (2023).
