CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 772 - This act requires that beginning in 2015, the personal income tax brackets shall be adjusted annually in accordance with the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the United States.
This act is similar to HB 1268 (2014). This act is similar to a provision in HB 1989 (2014), HB 2290 (2014), and the perfected version of SS#3/SCS/SBs 509 & 496 (2014).
