SB 695 - This act allows for a child to be added to an existing administrative child support order. If the Family Support Division within the Department of Social Services has entered an administrative child support order and an additional child or children not the subject of the order are born to the parties, the division may, under certain circumstances, modify the underlying child support order to include a single child support obligation for all children of the parties in conformance with Missouri Supreme Court child support guidelines.
